Associate Producer. KRON 4 News. San Francisco, California

RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

· Create accurately timed newscasts that meet format requirements within established deadlines

· Produce assigned newscasts and news inserts, making decisions on story lineup, video/audio, graphics, and timing to construct the show

· Write stories for anchors as required in a clear and concise conversational manner

· Coordinate with graphic artists in developing graphics for the show

· Perform editing functions or fill in as Producer as required

· Two years experience in a TV news environment preferred

· College degree or equivalent in journalism/communications or broadcasting preferred

· Management reserves the discretion to add or modify job duties as required

· Must be a self-starter, hard worker, have a great attitude, and be versatile and efficient

This will be a regular, full-time, non-union, non-exempt position.
